On August 1st we will be upgrading our primary accounting and management software. Please review the following information and if you have any questions, reach out to Seabreeze at 760.780.4282.

Those using a bank or bill pay service  will need to update their account number. Do not change your account # until after August 1st.

Those making payment through TownSq  will need to log into the new portal to set up auto pay prior to August 1st.

All homeowner account numbers will change. We have worked to minimize this impact by assigning new homeowner account numbers that include the current seven-digit account number so we can accept and process all payments—even without the new account number—during the transition period. You will be notified of your new account number with your next/August 1st statement.

Those using ACH Automatic Debit for recurring automatic payment of your assessment by our free direct debit/ACH system do not need to do anything. This payment system will continue without interruption.

There will be a new and improved homeowner portal that must be used after August 1st. The address is: https://commarea.cincwebaxis.com. This new portal replaces TownSq and can be used for all association business such as reviewing your account history and making payments, submitting work orders, viewing the document library, viewing calendars of events and much, more. 

The new portal may also be accessed via a mobile app; just search for “CommArea” in the Apple App Store or on Google Play.
